Book Date for It's Monday! What Are You Reading?
Hello fellow readers! I added a lot to my Kindle this week and a couple for my shelf as well. There were so many good books that were free or cheap, I couldn't say no. Now I need to start reading faster!
BOOK I FINISHED THIS WEEK:
Just the Nicest Person by Christy Barritt
This is the first book in the True Crime Junkies series. It's also the first book I've read by this author. It has a great storyline and a good cast of characters. I have to say though, I didn't care about the characters as much as I wanted to. The setting was intriguing and the pace was good. It has wonderful ratings on Amazon, so I think maybe it's me. (shrug) I'm definitely going to try another one of her books to find out.
I rated this book a 3.5/5.
It is currently available on Kindle Unlimited.
BOOKS I CONTINUED THIS WEEK:
I read week 11 of The Artist's Way. I will be reading the last chapter (week 12) tomorrow. I think I'm going to re-read this book soon, as I didn't do all of the suggestions or go on the artists' dates. Next time I will blog my journey.
I read two chapters in Wild Mind by Natalie Goldberg.
BOOKS I STARTED TO READ THIS WEEK:
I am 1/3 of the way through "Mother Daughter Murder Night" by Nina Simon. It is not what I was expecting, but it is very good so far!
I'm 10% through Sarah Addison Allen's "Other Birds" This is available on Kindle Unlimited.

"Home is Where the Bodies Are" Geneva Rose
